PDMR/Director Dealings
Deltic Energy Plc, the AIM-quoted natural resources investing company with a high impact exploration and appraisal portfolio focused on the Southern and Central North Sea, has been notified that, as a consequence of the purchase of Subscription shares, three Directors, and a person discharging managerial responsibility transferred a total of 3,031,194 ordinary shares to their individual ISA accounts. Additionally, Peter Nicol has acquired a further 142,858 ordinary shares via his ISA account. Details of these share transfers and purchases are shown below. There has been no change to the number of shares beneficially held by each PDMR as a result of these transfers, other than an increase to the beneficial holding of Peter Nicol.
