Deltex Medical Group plc was notified on 22 June 2015 that certain current and former employees have acquired 4,901,596 ordinary shares of 1p each, as the result of the exercise of options under the Company's 2003 and 2013 Enterprise Management Incentive Schemes.

Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 26 June 2015.

Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 219,509,986.
