Director/PDMR Shareholding

18 March 2015 - Deltex Medical Group plc (AIM: DEMG), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), announces that two Directors purchased shares in the Company.

Tim Irish, non-executive Director, notified the Company on 17 March 2015 of the purchase of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.475 pence per Ordinary Share.  As a result Mr Irish's shareholding totals 2,848,484 ordinary shares (representing 1.34 per cent. of the issued share capital of Deltex Medical).

Paul Mitchell, Finance Director, notified the Company on 17 March 2015 of the purchase of 145,019 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 6.86 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result Mr Mitchell's shareholding totals 654,831 ordinary shares (representing 0.31 per cent. of the issued share capital of Deltex Medical).
