Director/PDMR Shareholding

Deltex Medical Group announces that it received notification yesterday that its Chief Executive, Ewan Phillips, on 24 June 2013 transferred 110,000 Ordinary Shares into his Self Invested Personal Pension at a price of 17.0p per share. Ewan Phillips is the principal beneficiary of this fund and following this transaction his beneficial interest remains the same at 1,409,773 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.86% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
