Posting of Circular

Deltex Medical Group plc (AIM: DEMG), the global leader in Oesophageal Doppler Monitoring ("ODM"), announces that it has today posted a Circular to shareholders concerning the Capital Raising announced on 23 January 2018 which will be made available on the Company's website at www.deltexmedical.com.

With regard to the Offer element of the Capital Raising, Qualifying Shareholders will also receive an Application Form enabling them to apply for, in aggregate, up to 28,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.25p per share to raise up to £350,000 (gross).

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as the definitions in the Company's announcement of 23 January 2018 and in the Circular.
