Release of Securities from 6 Month Escrow
TNT Mines Ltd (ASX: TIN, “TNT” or “the Company”) wishes to advise that the following fully paid ordinary shares held in voluntary escrow have been released on 18 December 2020, following the end of the 6- month voluntary escrow period from the acquisition of the East Canyon uranium & vanadium project.
There is no change to the Company’s current capital structure with 96,423,200 ordinary shares, 42m unlisted options exercisable at $0.25, 6.75m performance shares and 2.2m performance rights on issue.
