Board Changes – New Director Appointed and Change in Roles

TNT Mines Limited (ASX:TIN) ( TNT , the Company ) is pleased to advise that experienced mining and resources executive Nader El Sayed has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective today, 1 March 2021.

Mr El Sayed holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Banking & Finance) and a Masters (Accounting) from Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Multiplant Holdings, a mining and civil services business based in Perth.

He brings a wealth of strategic and financial experience to the TNT Board, having played a key role in a number of successful corporate advisory and capital markets transactions and previously serving as a director of ASX-listed exploration companies Spectrum Metals Limited and Hammer Metals Limited.

Mr El Sayed replaces Peter Woods on the TNT Board. Mr Woods, who was integral in securing the East Canyon Uranium-Vanadium Project in the USA for the Company, has resigned to concentrate on other business interests, but will play an ongoing role in the operational management of the East Canyon Uranium- Vanadium Project. The TNT Board thanks him for his efforts and wishes him all the best with his future endeavours.

In addition, Brett Mitchell will move from an Executive Director to a Non-Executive Director on the Board effective from 1 March. Mr Mitchell will be on the Company’s standard Non-Exective Director package, and have an industry standard consultancy agreement in place for additional work requested by the TNT Board, to now be on the same structure as Non-Executive Directors Alex Hewlett and James Croser.
