Appointment of Joint Company Secretaries
TNT Mines Limited (ASX: TIN) ( TNT, the Company ) would like to advise the appointment of Mr Steven Wood and Ms Bronte Sebbes as Joint Company Secretaries of the Company effective immediately, replacing Ms Lauren Nelson who has resigned from the role.
The Board of TNT would like to thank Ms Nelson for her high-quality service and dedication to the Company during her tenure and wish her all the best for her upcoming maternity leave.
Mr Wood & Ms Sebbes are both employees of Grange Consulting Group Pty Ltd, and are well versed in ASX and ASIC compliance matters.
