Board and Management Changes

TNT Mines Limited (ASX:TIN) ( TNT , the Company ) is pleased to announce a number of board and management changes have come into effect following the Company’s Annual General Meeting held in Perth, Western Australia on November 30, 2020.

All resolutions associated with TNT’s acquisition of Warriedar Mining Pty Ltd put to shareholders at the meeting were passed, clearing the way for Warriedar Executive Chairman Alex Hewlett to become Non-Executive Chairman of TNT and Warriedar Executive Director James Croser to become a NonExecutive Director of TNT. In addition, Warriedar Chief Executive Officer Matt Boyes has recently been appointed Chief Executive Officer of TNT.

Mr Hewlett is a qualified geologist and member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, while Mr Croser is a qualified mining engineer with 20 years’ technical, operational and management experience. Both were involved with the success of Spectrum Metals, overseeing its growth from mid2018 to being taken over by Ramelius Resources in early 2020.

Mr Boyes is a qualified geologist and fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy with 25 years’ experience in the industry. He recently served as Chief Operating Officer for AIM-listed Patagonia Gold, overseeing the construction of two stand-alone gold-silver heap leach projects in southern Argentina.

As indicated when the Warriedar acquisition was announced on October 23, 2020, Non-Executive Director Nick Castleden has resigned from the TNT Board. Mr Castleden was a founding director of TNT and the Company extends its gratitude for his service over the past three years.

The TNT Board now comprises Mr Hewlett as Non-Executive Chairman, Brett Mitchell as Executive Director and Mr Croser and Peter Woods as Non-Executive Directors.
