LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS – UPCOMING ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

TNT Mines Ltd (the “ Company ”) is convening its Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held on Monday 30 November 2020, at 10am (WST) at 1202 Hay Street West Perth WA 6005.

The Board are aware of the current circumstances resulting from COVID-19 and with the WA Government currently in Phase 4, the Company plans to conduct a physical meeting at 1202 Hay Street West Perth WA 6005.

The Directors still strongly encourage all shareholders to lodge a directed proxy form prior to the meeting.
