Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that a meeting of the board of directors of Delta Corp Limited (“ Company ”) will be held on Saturday, 28[th] March, 2020 to consider the proposal for buy‐back of fully paid‐up equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each (“ Equity Shares ”) of the Company.

In terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’ of the Company, the trading window for trading in the Equity Shares of the Company shall be closed from Wednesday, 25[th] March, 2020 to Monday, 30[th] March, 2020 (both days inclusive).
