This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of Delta Corp Limited at its meeting held on 17[th] March, 2023 has approved the appointment of Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited (SEBI Registration No. INR000001112) as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) in place of the existing Share Transfer Agent, Freedom Registry Limited for administrative convenience.

The effective date of appointment will be communicated in due course after executing necessary agreements and other documents in order to ensure smooth transition of records from Freedom Registry Limited to Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited. However, Freedom Registry Limited will continue to act as Share Transfer Agent of the Company till such time the database and electronic connectivity is shifted to Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited.
