Bengaluru: Oyo Hotels & Homes has said that its founder & CEO Ritesh Agarwal will increase shareholding in the

company, which includes primary and secondary purchase of shares in an unprecedented transaction in India's startup and technology industry.

The deal will help the 25 year-old Agarwal, with backing of institutional banks and financial partners, triple his shareholding from 10% to over 30%. Thus, consolidating his holding in a business growing across the world in China, the US and Europe. The deal values the company at around $10 billion, as TOI had reported last month.

Agarwal, who founded the company when he was still a teenager, is buying a majority of the shares held by venture capital firm Lightspeed, which owns 13%, and Sequoia India, which owns 10% of

Oyo. The deal will be a mega payout for Lightspeed, which is selling a stake of about 9% for close to $1billion, while Sequoia is expected to get about over $500 million, according to one of the sources briefed on the share sale.

Lightspeed had invested a total $28 million in Oyo, backing the startup first in early 2014. It will continue to hold around 4%. Sequoia had invested about $25 million in the company and will also continue to hold 4-5%. The deal by Agarwal is being done thro-

ugh a special purpose vehicle (SPV) called RA Hospitality Holdings (Cayman), which had earlier this week applied to competition regulator CCI for a clearance. The transaction is still subject to regulatory and shareholder approval. The deal comes as the largest shareholder in the company — SoftBank, which owns around 46% — cannot increase its shareholding be-

hold 80% of the company. Agarwal said in a statement that the move will help him and the management "rededicate ourselves to the company's mission". "It is a very

exciting time for Oyo right now as we make great living spaces come alive across all corners of the world, from Texas to Tokyo. Our endeavour continues to be to become the most loved hospitality brand in the coming years," he said in the statement.

The move is being seen as an encouraging one in India's startup landscape. "This is a positive trend and it's important for founders to retain control. If we have to create institutions that last long, founders have to be in control. If this doesn't happen, then we would continue to see domestic companies being sold after a point as investors typically have about an eight-year timeline (for investments). In terms of Oyo share buyback, not everyone would be in a position to execute this. So, it's a good option but not feasible for everyone. I hope government relaxes norms for differential voting rights (DVRs) here," said Anand Lunia, founding partner of India Quotient, an early-stage venture capital firm.

Bengaluru: The world's largest family owned asset manager LGT Group, owned by the Princely House of Liechtenstein, is striking the first direct investment in India by picking up a10% stake in south-based Kauvery Hospitals for Rs 150 crore, people directly aware of the matter said.

"This is a primary investment and the capital will be used to double the capacity over three-five years," said one of the sources mentioned earlier. Kauvery operates eight hospitals with 1,200-1,300 beds in five locations across Tamil Nadu and se-

eks to expand into neighbouring states like Karnataka as well, with plans for 2,500 beds over the coming years. But the primary focus of the hospital chain will remain the Tamil Nadu market.

The hospital company is already emerging as one of the largest chains in the state with revenues of over Rs 500 crore. It was set up by two doctors — S Chandrakumar and Manivannan Selvaraj back in 1999. In 2017, serial healthcare services entrepreneur G S K Velu bought a large stake in the company through his family office GSK Ventures. He will continue to hold over 30% after the stake sale to LGT.

LGT manages assets totalling $140 billion in private banking and asset management industry. The direct investment by the princely family of the small European state, which backs several high-profile global institutional investors, is significant for Indian private markets.

Velu and LGT were not reachable for comments till the time of going to press.

**New Delhi:**IndiGo has reported the highest ever quarterly profit at Rs 1,203 crore for Q1 (April-June) 2019-20, largely on the back of a rise in airfares after Jet shut down. In Q12018-19, net profit was Rs 27.8 crore.

The airline's stock closed 0.3% higher on the BSE at Rs 1,463, even as the broader market closed 1.4% lower. The previous highest quarterly profit for an Indian carrier was also reported by IndiGo at Rs 811crore in April-June, 2017.

"We continue to see a base increase of 5% in our unit revenue.… Cessation of services by Jet Airways positively impacted our profits, helping our unit revenues to grow 2-3% to the best of our estimates. This quarter also saw a high percentage of bookings in the 0-15 days window with closing fares also holding up and helping our revenue performance," IndiGo CEO Ronojoy Dutta (Rono) said in an analysts' call after the results were announced.

IndiGo's cargo revenue also rose 35%, partly due to Jet shutting down. Rono, however, added that fares are now cooling down as other airlines are adding capacity.

Jet's last flight was on March 17 and airfares had shot up significantly for a few months after that. IndiGo saw its revenue from operations rise 44.7% in Q1to Rs 9,420 crore from 7,883 crore in Q1 2018-19,

while its capacity increased by 30.3%. IndiGo has a cash reserves of Rs 17,337 crore, including free cash of Rs 7,696 crore.

IndiGo posts highest ever quarterly profit

**New Delhi:**Amid a slowdown in the auto industry, a new set of products has been able to buck the trend, witnessing strong booking and sales numbers. And, in line with preference of Indian buyers for offroaders, these products happen to be SUVs — ranging from the sub-Rs 10-lakh mini Hyundai Venue to the Rs 40 lakh-plus Volvo XC40.

Take for example the Hector premium SUV (priced upwards of Rs 12 lakh) from British brand Morris Garages (MG) Motor. Hector, which touts itself as 'India's first internet car', has managed to get bookings of over 21,000 units since its launch on June 27. Overwhelmed by the number, which far exceeds internal estimates, the company has stopped taking bookings. "This is a happy, but completely unexpected response. We are sold out for this year, and that too so soon," Rajeev Cha-

Hyundai's Venue has witnessed 45,000 bookings since its launch on May 21. "We are taking steps to boost deliveries to cut the backlog. So far, 20,000 have been delivered," Vikas Jain, head of sales, said.

Volvo sold 2,700 cars (across models) last year and has managed to sell 1,000 units of XC40 that is imported at present. "There has been a constant demand for this car and, going forward, we will ensure that more units of the model are allocated for India," Volvo Car India MD Charles Frump said.

Mumbai: Can the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) remove an erstwhile auditor on a petition made by the Centre that such an auditor acted fraudulently directly or indirectly, abetted or colluded in any fraud in connection with the company and its directors? This is the crucial question on jurisdiction that NCLT, Mumbai is hearing in a highly contested battle between the ministry of corporate affairs (MCA) and Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP and BSR Associates, erstwhile auditors of the allegedly scam-ridden IL&FS Financial

Services (IFIN).

The MCA filed the petition recently to seek the removal of two auditors Deloitte and BSR, citing a report by the Se-

rious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) against them. The MCA has sought a ban on the auditors for five years.

The provision that the MCA is relying on is section 140 (5) of the Companies Act of 2013. The section, notified on June 2016, provides that the NCLT can suo motu (on its own) or on an application made by the central government "may direct a company to change its auditors", "if it is satisfied that the company's auditor has…acted in a fraudulent manner…" This provision is meant to remove or change an auditor who is acting fraudulently.

The fight is largely veered around interpreting the provision of law. The hearing will continue on Monday.

of retail and telecom saw a steady rise, now accounting for almost a third of its margin, countering the weakness in traditional petroche-

The oil-to-telecom conglomerate reported a net profit of Rs 10,104 crore in April-June. While the profit rose year-onyear, it was lower than the highest ever earning of Rs 10,362 crore in the preceding Janua-

ry-March period.

Standalone net profit of Rs 9,036 crore, up 2.4% over the previous year, was a record. It clocked a record consolidated revenue of Rs 1,72,956 crore in Q1 on the

The company opened more retail stores and added 24.6 million subscribers to its Jio mobile phone service that helped increase the profitability of the venture as its traditional oil refining and petrochemical business witnessed margin pressures. **New Delhi:**IndiGo is sending its reply to Sebi on clarifications sought by the markets regulator following complaints from the airline's co-founder and promoter Rakesh Gangwal. "We will respond to the corporate affairs ministry by the end of next week," IndiGo CEO Ronojoy Dutta (Rono) said. The airline's board met on Friday and will do so again on Saturday. Apart from expanding the board, an independent woman member will also be appointed, which was an issue raised by Gangwal. "Of course we have to take this step to comply with the law. But in order to induct an independent woman director, we need to change the Articles of Association of the company which now need to be amended. We are working on this. अमेिरका आिण रिशया या दोन्ही अवकाशसƫांनी चंदर्ावरून आपलेलȤय हटवčयानंतर सुमारे१४ वषɨचंदर्ाच्या िदशेनेएकही यान गेलेनाही. मातर्, माचर् १९९० ला जपाननेचंदर्ावर हायटɂन हेयान पाठवून चांदर् संशोधनाला पुन्हा चालना िदली. या मोिहमेमधून चंदर्ावर यानाचा िनयंितर्त आघात करून चंदर्ावर कȵितर्म वĒतूपाठवणारा जपान जगातील ितसरा देश ठरला. अमेिरकɁनेही मग क्लेमɞटाइन आिण čयुनार पर्ॉĒपेक्टर ही यानेपाठवून चांदर्मोिहमांचा नवा अध्याय सुरू कɁला. एकिवसाďया शतकाच्या सुरुवातीला नोďहɞबर २००४ मध्येयुरोपने 'Ēमाटɓ १' हेयान सुरिक्षतपणेचंदर्ावर पाठवून आपणही चंदर्ाच्या शोध मोिहमेत सामील झाčयाचेजाहीर कɁले. सĆटɠबर २००७ मध्येजपानचेिसलीन हेदुसरे यान सुरिक्षतपणेचंदर्ाच्या कक्षेत पोचले. पाठोपाठ ऑक्टोबर २००७ मध्येचीननेआपले 'चँग ई १' हेपिहलेयान चंदर्ाच्या कक्षेत पाठवले. त्यानंतर बरोबर एक वषार्नेभारतानेही चांदर्यान १ चंदर्ाच्या कक्षेत यशĒवीपणेपाठवून अवकाश संशोधनाचा 'Ŗीगणेशा' कɁला. २०१० नंतर मातर्, अमेिरका आिण चीननेचंदर्ावर यानेपाठवण्याच्या धडाका लावला. चालूदशकात अमेिरकɁची तीन, तर चीनची सहा यानेचंदर्ाच्या कक्षेत िकंवा जिमनीवर यशĒवीपणे

पाठवण्यात आली आहेत.

२२०० दगडांचेनमुनेपृथ्वीवर

दर्ावर माणसानेपिहलेपाऊल ठɂवčयाच्या घटनेला आज, २० जुलै २०१९ ला ५० वषɨपूणर् होत आहेत. माणूस पाच दशकांपूवीर्च चंदर्ावर जाऊन पोचला असला, तरी चंदर्ाचा वेध घेण्याची पर्िकर्या आजही सुरू आहे. गेčया पन्नास वषाɕत अमेिरका, रिशयासह जपान, युरोप, चीन आिण भारतानेआपापčया चांदर्मोिहमा यशĒवी करून, चंदर्ािवषयीच्या आपčया ȧानात भर घातली. कमी खचर्आिण जीिवतहानीचा धोका नसलेčया रोबोिटक मोिहमांचेवैȧािनक यश मानवी मोिहमांइतकɁच महŚवाचेआहे. चं

'अपोलो' मोिहमांमधून चंदर्ाच्या भूमीवर अनेक वैȧािनक उपकरणेबसवण्यात आली. चंदर्ावरून तĈबल ३८२ िकलो वजनाचेएकȳण २२०० दगडांचे नमुनेपृथ्वीवर आणण्यात आले. पृथ्वीवर नैसिगर्कपणे चंदर्ावरून आलेले१९० िकलो वजनाचेअशािनही जगभरातून जमा करण्यात आले. या नमुन्यांच्या आिण िनरीक्षणांच्या आधारेचंदर्ावरील भूरूपे, खिनजे, तेथील अत्यंत िवरळ वातावरण यांबाबतची तथ्येजगासमोर आली. मातर्, तरीही चंदर्ाची िनिमर्ती नेमकी कशी झाली यासारखेमहŚवाचेपर्Đन अनुƫिरत रािहले. िविवध देशांकडȴन चंदर्ावर पाठवण्यात आलेčया मानवरिहत यानांनीही चंदर्ाबाबतची मोलाची मािहती जमा करून नवी तथ्येउजेडात आणली. भारताच्या 'चांदर्यान-१'नेचंदर्ाच्या भूमीवर िविवध भागांमध्ये

पसरलेčया पाण्याच्या अंशांचेअिĒतत्व सवर्पर्थम जगाला दाखवले. चंदर्ावर आजही हादरेबसतात हेही चांदर्यानामुळɂजगाला समजले. अमेिरकɁच्या क्लेमɞटाइन मोिहमेनेचंदर्ाच्या दिक्षण धर्ुवाचेनेमकɁ Ēवरूप सवर्पर्थम जगासमोर आणलेआिण त्या िठकाणी पाणी असण्याची शक्यता वतर्वली. तर, पर्ॉĒपेक्टरनेचंदर्ाच्या जिमनीजवळच्या चुंबकीय क्षेतर्ाचा नकाशा बनवला. चीनचे 'चँग ई ४' हेयान पर्थमच चंदर्ाच्या पृथ्वीवरून न िदसणाķया भागावर उतरले.

'हेिलयम ३'च्या शोधाचेकारण रोबोिटक मोिहमेǑारेचंदर्ावर मानवी मोिहमेच्या दजार्चेसंशोधन आज तुलनेनेअत्यंत कमी खचार्त

शक्य असčयामुळɂअनेक देशांच्या मोिहमा चंदर्ाकडɂ झेपावत आहेत. चंदर्ाच्या पृđठभागामध्येकोǀवधी वषाɕत मोठा बदल झालेला नाही. त्यामुळɂपृथ्वी आिण सूयर्मालेचा भूतकाळ अĉयासण्यासाठीही चंदर्ाचा आधार घेण्यात येत आहे. चंदर्ावर 'हेिलयम ३'हा भिवđयातील ऊजार्Řोत मोǂा पर्माणात असण्याची शक्यता वतर्वण्यात येते. चांदर्मोिहमांमागे 'हेिलयम ३'च्या शोधाचेही कारण असčयाचेबोललेजाते. भिवđयातील मानवी अवकाश मोिहमांसाठी चंदर् हा तळ ठरू शकतो, तसेच िवĐवाच्या अĉयासासाठी चंदर्ावरील वेधशाळा अत्यंत उपयुक्त ठरू शकतात असेशाĒतर्ȧांचेĊहणणेआहे. पन्नास वषाɕपूवीर् माणूस चंदर्ावर पोचला असला, तरी नďया तंतर्ȧानाच्या साǡानेचंदर्ािवषयीची नवी मािहती यापुढɂही जगासमोर येत राहील. Ċहणूनच अपोलो ११ नंतर ५० वषाɕनी पर्क्षेिपत होणाķया भारताच्या 'चांदर्यान-२'कडɂही जगाचेलȤय लागून आहे.

चंदर्... िनĎयाभोर आकाशात आपčयाला तो एकच िदसत असला तरी पर्त्येकाचा चंदर् िनराळा. लहानग्यांच्या िवĐवातला चंदर् वेगळा. िमथकथांमधील चंदर्ाचेरूप वेगळɂ. किवमंडळींच्या किवतांमध्येशीतल चांदण्याची पखरण करणारा चंदर् वेगळा. कȱंडली मांडणाķयांच्या दृđटीनेत्याचे 'बळ' महŚवाचे! आिण अवकाश संशोधन करणाķयांसाठी तर तो अगदीच वेगळा. अवकाशीच्या या अशा बहुरूपी चंदर्ावर मानवी पाऊल ठɂवण्याचेĒवĆन पर्थम पािहलेआिण सत्यात आणलेतेअमेिरकɁने. त्या ऐितहािसक चंदर्Ēपशार्स आज, २० जुलै२०१९ रोजी ५० वषɨहोत आहेत. मानवाची अितउƫुंग अशी झेप ठरलेčया त्या मोिहमेच्या पन्नाशीचेहेĒमरण...

वेगेवेगेधावू... चंदर्ावर जाऊ!

अ मेिरकɁच्या ćलोिरडातील कɁप कȹन्ďहेरल येथील हवाई दलाच्या तळावरून १६ जुलै १९६९ रोजी नील आमर्Ēटर्ाँग, एिड्वन

(बझ) आिčडर्न आिण मायकɁल कॉिलन्स या तीन अंतराळवीरांनी 'अपोलो-११' यानातून चंदर्ाकडɂझेप घेतली. तीन िदवसांनंतर, १९ जुलैरोजी चंदर्ाभोवतीच्या १०० िक.मी.च्या कक्षेत ठरčयापर्माणेयान भर्मण करू लागले. आता पुढचेआďहान होतेतेचंदर्ाच्या पृđठभागावर उतरण्याचे.

२० जुलैरोजी (भारतीय वेळɂनुसार २१ जुलै) नील आमर्Ēटर्ाँग आिण बझ आिčडर्न 'ईगल'मध्ये (चंदर्ावर उतरणाķया वाहनाचेनाव) बसलेआिण 'ईगल' कोलंिबया या यानापासून वेगळɂ झाले. ितसरा अंतराळवीर कॉिलन्स हा कोलंिबयामध्येच थांबून पृथ्वीपर्दिक्षणा करीत रािहला. दोन तास नऊ िमिनटांनी 'ईगल'चंदर्ावरील 'सी ऑफ टर्ँिक्विलटी'या पूवर्िनयोिजत जागेवर अलगद उतरलेतेďहा अवघे२५ सेकंदांचेइंधन त्यात िशčलक रािहलेहोते. Ċहणजे चंदर्ावर उतरायला त्यांना अध्यार्िमिनटाचा उशीर झाला असता, तरी 'ईगल' चंदर्ावर आदळȴन अंतराळवीरांचा अंत झाला असता.

त्यानंतर सुमारेसहा तासांनी तो ऐितहािसक क्षण आला, ज्या क्षणाची सारेजग Đवास रोखून वाट पाहत होते. 'ईगल'चा दरवाजा उघडȴन िशडीच्या नऊ पायķया उतरून नील आमर्Ēटर्ाँग या पृथ्वीवासीयाचेपिहले

पाऊल चंदर्ाच्या भूमीवर पडले. त्यावेळी 'ǡूĒटन, टर्ँिक्विलटी बेस िहअर, ईगल हॅज लॅन्डɂड' हा चंदर्ावरून आलेला संदेश जगभर दूरिचतर्वाणी आिण रेिडओवरून

िदला गेला आिण इितहास घडला.

यानंतर संवाद साधताना आमर्Ēटर्ाँग यांचेउद्गार होते : 'माणसाचेएक छोटɂपाऊल.. पण मानवजातीची एक पर्चंड झेप!' हेत्यांचेउद्गार अवकाश इितहासात अजरामर झालेआहेत. आमर्Ēटर्ाँग हेदोन तास ३२ िमिनटɂ, आिण आिčडर्न हेदोन तास १७ िमिनटɂचंदर्ावर होते. त्यांनी अमेिरकɁचा ध्वज ितथेफडकावला. या काळात त्यांनी माती अन्य घटकांची चाचपणी कɁली.

सन १९५७ मध्येतेďहाच्या सोिďहएत युिनयने Ēपुटिनक उपगर्ह सोडला. त्यानंतर अमेिरका आिण सोिďहएत युिनयन यांच्यात अंतराळात जाण्याची Ēपधार् सुरू झाली. सन १९६१मध्ये जॉन एफ. कɁनेडी अमेिरकɁचेअध्यक्ष झाले आिण अनेक अमेिरकन नागिरकांना असे वाटȴ लागले की, शीतयुnjातील त्यांच्या पर्ितĒपध्यार्समोर, Ċहणजेच रिशयासमोर या तंतर्ȧानाच्या Ēपधɨत अमेिरका मागे पडणार. त्याच वषीर् सोिďहएत युिनयनने पिहčयांदा मानवाला अंतराळात पाठवले. Ċहणून मग अमेिरकɁनेही कंबर कसली आिण चंदर्ावर पिहčयांदा मानवाला पाठवायचा िनĐचय कɁला. १९६५मध्ये सोिďहएत युिनयनने एक मानवरिहत अवकाशयान चंदर्ावर उतरवण्यात यश िमळवले. यानंतर अमेिरकɁने अपोलो ११चेयश िमळवले.

अंतराळक्षेतर्ाबाबतच्या जागृतीसाठी आमर्Ēटर्ाँग जगभर िफरत होते. या िफरĒतीदरĊयान त्यांनी भारतात येऊन तत्कालीन पंतपर्धान इंिदरा गांधी यांची भेट घेतली होती. गांधी यांनी जागून, पहाटɂसाडɂचार वाजता रेिडओवरून या मोिहमेचे वाताɕकन ऐकले हे त्यांना समजलेतेďहा त्यांनी पर्थमत: एका देशाच्या पंतपर्धानांना इतक्या पहाटɂजागेराहावेलागले याबNjल क्षमा मािगतली. हा त्यांचा िकĒसा खूप चचɨत रािहला.

गेčया पन्नास वषाɕत अमेिरका, रिशयासह जपान, युरोप, चीन आिण भारतानेआपापčया चांदर्मोिहमा यशĒवी करून, चंदर्ािवषयीच्या आपčया ȧानात भर घातली. कमी खचर्आिण जीिवतहानीचा धोका नसलेčया रोबोिटक मोिहमांचेवैȧािनक यश मानवी मोिहमांइतकɁच महŚवाचेआहे.

काय साधले?

अपोलोच्या एकȳण अवकाश मोिहमेसाठी जवळजवळ ३० अĈज डॉलर खचर् आला. चंदर्ाची वारी कɁलेčया अंतराळवीरांनी सुमारे ३६५ िकलो वजनाचेचंदर्ावरील मातीचेआिण खडकांचे नमुने पृथ्वीवर आणले. अनेक देशांच्या वĒतुसंगर्हालयांना तसेच वैȧािनक पर्योगशाळांना अĉयासासाठी आिण लोकांच्या िजȧासापूतीर्साठी त्यातले काही तुकडɂ भेट Ċहणून देण्यात आले. 'अपोलो'नंतरच्या मोिहमेसाठी या घटकांचा उपयोग झाला.

चंदर्Ēपशार्आधी... अपोलो ११ अंतराळ मोिहमेमध्येनील आमर्Ēटर्ाँग, एिड्वन (बझ) आिčडर्न आिण मायकɁल कॉिलन्स यांची मोिहमेच्या सहा वषɨआधी िनवड करण्यात आली. १६ जुलै१९६९ रोजी अमेिरकी वेळɂनुसार ९ वाजून ३१ िमिनटांनी अपोलो ११ने कɁनेडी Ēपेस सɞटर येथून भरारी घेतली. १८ जुलै१९६९ रोजी आमर्Ēटर्ाँग आिण ऑिčडर्न यांनी 'इगल'मधून चंदर्ावर उतरण्यासाठी आवĐयक पोषाख कɁला

आिण सराव कɁला.

सुमारे२,४०,००० मैलांचा पर्वास ७६ तास कɁčयानंतर अपोलो ११ हेयान १९ जुलै िदवशी चंदर्ाच्या कक्षेमध्येपोहोचले. २० जुलै१९६९ रोजी 'इगल'चंदर्ाच्या पृđठभागावर उतरले. आमर्Ēटर्ाँग यांनी चंदर्ावर पिहलेपाऊल ठɂवले. २४ जुलै१९६९ रोजी अपालो ११ हे पॅिसिफक महासागरात उतरले. चांदर्वीर

आठवणी भारतातčया

'अपोलो-११'मधून माणूस चंदर्ावर उतरणार याची उत्सुकता साķया जगाला होती. भारतातही त्याकाळी अनेकांनी रातर्भर जागून हा कायर्कर्म रेिडओवर ऐकला. ďहाइस ऑफ अमेिरकामधून लाइďह समालोचन सुरू होते. त्याचा अनुवाद भारतातील समालोचक जसदेव िसंग करत होते आिण ते ऑल इंिडया रेिडओवरून पर्सािरत करण्यात आले होते. चांदर्मोिहमेची मािहती ऐकण्यासाठी आĊही खूपच उत्सुक होतो. यामुळɂ रातर्ी जागून हे समालोचन ऐकčयाचे नेहरू तारांगणचे संचालक अरिवंद परांजपे यांनी सांिगतले. ज्येđठ खगोलशाĒतर्ȧ डॉ. जयंत नारळीकर यांनीही यासंदभार्त एक आठवण सांिगतली आहे. ते Ċहणतात, आजही जगात पृथ्वी अंडाकȵती नाही, तर सपाट पृđठभाग आहे असे मानणारे लोक आहेत. त्यांची 'ćलॅट अथर्' नावाची संĒथा आहे. जेďहा या मोिहमेत चंदर्ाच्या पृđठभागावरून पृथ्वीचा फोटो काढला व तो या संĒथेतील लोकांना दाखवला, तरीही त्यांचा यावर िवĐवास बसला नाही. आजही ही मंडळी हे मानण्यास तयार नसčयाचे डॉ. नारळीकर सांगतात.
