Publication of the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Annual General Meeting held on 19 April 2024 and the amended Articles of Association

It is hereby announced that the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of De' Longhi S.p.A. held on 19 April 2024, recorded in the Register of Companies of Treviso-Belluno on May 2, 2024, have been made available today at the Company's registered office and on its website www.delonghigroup.com (section 'Governance' – 'Corporate Bodies' – 'Annual General Meeting 2024'), and on the authorised storage mechanism accessible via the website .

Please be informed that the Articles of Association of De' Longhi S.p.A. showing the amendments to Articles 5bis, 5quarter and 7 approved by the aforementioned Annual General Meeting, recorded in the Register of Companies of Treviso-Belluno on the same date of May 2, 2024, were made available to the public today on the aforementioned authorised storage mechanism.
