Conversion of B Shareholding to Ordinary Shares

This announcement is made in accordance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation and relates to William Shu, Chief Executive Officer, and the conversion of his shareholding in the Company from B Ordinary Shares to A Ordinary Shares (following which all A Ordinary Shares were redesignated as Ordinary Shares). Following such conversion and redesignation, Will Shu holds 102,508,168 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
