Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

The Company has been informed that Rick Medlock,  a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has transferred his certificated holding of Class A Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company (the "Shares") to his nominee account for nil consideration. Following the transfer, his beneficial holding of Shares remains unchanged.

The attached notification, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (as it forms part of UK law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), provides further detail.
