Delfingen Industry ("Delfingen") announces the acquisition of the company Langendorf Textil ("Langendorf") and its subsidiary MBG Techbelt Innovation ("MBG"). These companies' 2013 sales figures reached € 19M, with 170 coworkers.

Langendorf, created in 1908 and based in Marktrodach (Bavaria), is a worldwide renowned expert in the engineering and manufacturing of technical textile sleeving. Its solutions of textile protection are used in the automotive, transport, industrial and environment markets. MBG, its subsidiary located in Münchberg (Bavaria), is specialized in the fast weaving process and the coating.
