DelfinGroup decreases bond nominal value by EUR 437 500

According to DelfinGroup bond issue prospectus of ISIN LV0000801322, as of 25/06/2020 the nominal value of one security is going to be decreased by EUR 125. The total nominal value of the bonds issue will be decreased by EUR 437 500. After settlement, the nominal value of one security (ISIN LV0000801322) will be EUR 250.

According to the bond issue prospectus of ISIN LV0000801322, 3 500 bonds were issued with the original nominal value of 1 000 euros. Yearly interest rate of the coupon is 15% with a 7-year term and gradual repayment of the nominal value as of the 5th year.
