The Supervisory Board decided to propose the following draft resolutions to be reviewed at the Annual General Meeting:
Approval of the 2023 Annual Report.
- To approve the separate Annual Report 2023 of AS DelfinGroup;
- To approve the consolidated Annual Report 2023 of AS DelfinGroup;
- To approve the Corporate Governance Report 2023 of AS DelfinGroup;
- To approve the Remuneration Report 2023 of AS DelfinGroup.
Use of 2023 profits.
- To approve the annual dividends of EUR 400 000 of the reported 2023 profit of AS DelfinGroup, namely EUR 0.0088 per share, and set:
- o dividend ex-date 10 July 2024;
- o dividend record date- 11 July 2024;
- o dividend payment date -12 July 2024.
Approval of unaudited results for Q1 2024.
• To approve the unaudited consolidated interim financial statements of AS DelfinGroup for the period January - March 2024;
Use of profits from Q1 2024.
- To approve the payment of extraordinary dividends of EUR 807 719.59 of the reported profit of AS DelfinGroup for the first quarter of 2024, namely EUR 0.0178 per share, and set:
- o dividend ex- date 12 June 2024;
- o dividend record date- 13 June 2024;
- o dividend payment date -14 June 2024.
