F2: On March 31, 2020, pursuant to that certain Contribution, Conveyance and Assumption Agreement by and among Delek US Holdings, Inc. ("Delek US"), certain subsidiaries of Delek US (the "Contributors"), the Issuer and DKL Permian Gathering, LLC ("DKL PG"), the Issuer issued 5,000,000 common units representing limited partnership interests in the Issuer ("Common Units") to Delek US Energy, Inc. ("Delek Energy") as partial consideration for the contribution to DKL PG by the Contributors of their crude oil gathering system in the Permian Basin and certain related assets.

F3: Delek US directly owns 100% of the outstanding ownership interests of Delek Energy. Delek US may therefore be deemed to beneficially own the securities of the Issuer owned directly by Delek Energy.

F4: This Form 4 is being filed jointly by Delek US and Delek Energy. Delek Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delek US, directly owns 20,745,868 Common Units.

F5: Includes 15,745,868 Common Units previously held by Lion Oil Company and Delek Marketing & Supply, LLC, which are wholly owned subsidiaries of Delek Energy, that were distributed to Delek Energy.
