For the purposes of NZX Listing Rules 3.3.5, Delegat Group Limited advises that, in respect of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 5[th] December 2017, the opening date for Director Nominations is 12[th] October 2017 and the closing date for Director Nominations is 27[th] October 2017.
