Change of Company Name

DekelOil Public Limited, the West African focused agriculture company, is pleased to announce the change of the Company's name to Dekel Agri-Vision plc will become effective as of 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 5 November 2019. The name change reflects the progress being made in implementing the corporate strategy to transform the Company into a multi-project, multi-commodity agriculture business. 

The Company's ticker DKL and ISIN CY0106502111 both remain unchanged.  The Company's corporate website domain has changed to www.dekelagrivision.com.
