As at 31 July 2008, the unaudited consolidated net asset value per share of the Company was approximately:

HK$0.2962

Such net asset value per share is based on 682,094,000 shares of the Company in issue and in arriving at the consolidated net asset value, the Company’s interest in associates is stated at cost less provision for permanent diminution in value where appropriate.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board is comprised of Mr. Liu Xiao Guang, Mr. Lawrence H. Wood, Mr. Cheng Bing Ren, Mr. Liu Xue Min, Mr. Shi Tao, Mr. Lin Si Yu and Mr. Xiong Wei as Executive Directors, Mr. To Chun Kei, Dr. Kwong Chun Wai Michael and Mr. Fung Tze Wa as Independent Non-executive Directors.
