This has reference to the captioned SEBI circular dated 26[th] November 2018 for fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates (LC) and disclosures and compliance thereof by such Large Corporates.

In this connection, we confirm that our Company, does not fulfill the criteria of ‘Large Corporate’ specified in para 2.2 of the above mentioned SEBI circular with respect to financial year ending on 31[st] March 2023 as disclosed in the statement annexed herewith.

Hence, the Company does not fall under the category of ‘Large Corporate’ (LC) as defined in the aforesaid circular with respect to the financial year 2022-23.
