Respected Sir,

I extend my sincere gratitude for the support an encouragement provides by the management and colleagues throughout my tenure.

I am writing to formally resign from my position as Sr Vice President P & A at Deepak Spinners Ltd Baddi , with immediate effect. Due to ongoing health concerns, I am unable to continue fulfilling my duties effectively. After careful consideration and consultation with my doctor, I believe it is in my best interest to step down and focus on my recovery.

I am grateful for the opportunities, guidance, and support I have received during my time here. I will do my best to ensure a smooth transition of my responsibilities before my departure.
