Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we hereby notify that Mr. Shantanu Daga (DIN: 08757724) , Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company has vide his letter dated 14[th] September 2025 resigned from the position of Independent Director of the Company with effect from the same date.

In compliance with the requirement of Sub-clause 7C of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, we hereby submit that –

Mr. Shantanu Daga has resigned due to his differences of opinion with the manner in which the leadership of the Company carried out its business and other affairs. His resignation letter is enclosed herewith for further details.

Disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, is given in Annexure A to this letter.
