Sirs,

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we hereby notify that Mr. Vivek Chiraniya (DIN: 00166690), Independent Director of the Company has vide his letter dated 31[st] August 2024 resigned from the position of Independent Director of the Company with effect from the same date.

In compliance with the requirement of Sub-clause 7B of Part A of Schedule II of Listing Regulations, we hereby submit that –

• a) Mr. Vivek Chiraniya has confirmed that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than as provided in the letter . Mr. Chiraniya's resignation letter is enclosed herewith.

• b) Mr. Vivek Chiraniya does not hold directorship in any other listed Company .

Disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023, is given in Annexure A to this letter.
