Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that in the Board Meeting held yesterday on Friday, 10[th] February 2023, which concluded at 4.45 p.m., the Board of Directors has accepted the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) for appointment of Shri Shantanu Daga (DIN - 08757724), as Whole Time Director.

The Board of Directors has requested the NRC to recommend the terms of such appointment based on which the Board shall accord its approval for aforesaid appointment which will be further subject to approval of shareholders.
