1. The Re-appointment of Shri Pradip Kumar Daga (DIN – 00040692) was approved with effect from 16.04.2024 for five years subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.

2. M/s. A. Arora & Co., Company Secretaries were re-appointed as Secretarial Auditors for the financial year 2023-24.

3. M/s. V. Singhi & Associates, Chartered Accountants were re-appointed as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2023-24.

4. M/s. Shakti K. & Associates, Cost Accountants, were re-appointed as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2023-24.
