Mehta (DlN: 05227290) as a whole Time Director, designated as Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, for a further period of five (5) years with effect from 9th May, 2021 .

Pursuant to directions dated't4th June,2018 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), we hereby inform that Shri Mautik D Mehta is not debarred from hotding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority.

Shri Mautik D. Mehta is a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, UK. He holds a Masters in Industriat and Organizational Psychotogy from Columbia University, USA. Further, he is part of Harvard Business School's prestigious Owner & President Management Program. Shri Maul,ik Mehta has held important positions in the Company and has been on the Board as Whole-time Director of the Company since 9th May, 2016. He has around 13 years of experience in the areas of Business Development and has been responsible for the day-to-day business of all the verticats of the Company atong with Group Strategy.
