We wish to inform you that the 50th Annual Generat Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be hetd on Friday, Juty 30, 2021, through video conferencing/other audio visual means.
Further, pursuant to Regutation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obtigations and Disctosure Requirements) Regutations ,2015, we woutd like to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shatl remain closed from Friday, Juty 23,2021 to Friday, Juty 30, 2021 (both days inctusive) for the purpose of 50th AGM of the Company and payment of Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-2021, subject to approval by the Members.
The Dividend if approved at the AGM, shatl be paid within statutory time limit of 30 days from the date of AGM i.e. on or before August 29,2021.
We enclose herewith the intimation of the said Date of Book Closure in the prescribed format as Annexure-1.
