UPDATED APPENDIX 3B – PROPOSED SHARE ISSUE

Deep Yellow Limited (ASX:DYL) ( Deep Yellow or Company ) provides an Updated Appendix 3B in relation to the Scheme of Arrangement with Vimy Resources Limited (Vimy). The Updated Appendix 3B follows the lodgement on 25 July 2022 of an application for quotation of new shares by Vimy following the exercise of unlisted options.

An Appendix 3B follows for immediate release.
