The Appendix 3B lodged on 21 July 2022 (prior to the record date) proposed that 343,314,282 fully paid ordinary Deep Yellow shares be issued pursuant to the scheme of arrangement. Deep Yellow¿s share registry has now completed its calculations of the scheme consideration as at the record date of 29 July 2022 and has calculated that 344,343,348 fully paid ordinary Deep Yellow shares (the subject of this Appendix 2A) be issued as the scheme consideration.
