DIRECTOR RETIREMENT

Deep Yellow Limited ( Deep Yellow or Company ) advises that Mr. Rudolf Brunovs has retired as a Director of the Company effective as at 31 December 2021. We attached Appendix 3Z for Mr Brunovs.

The Board would like to thank Mr Brunovs for his contribution over the past years and wish him well in his retirement.

As previously advised Mr Gregory Meyerowitz, recently appointed to the Board, will assume the Chair of the Audit Committee.
