DIRECTOR RESIGNATION – JUSTIN REID

Deep Yellow Limited ( Deep Yellow or Company ) advises that Mr. Justin Reid has resigned as a Director of the Company effective as at 3 May 2022. We attach Appendix 3Z for Mr Reid.
