STEVEN MICHAEL – FINAL DIRECTORS INTEREST NOTICE

Deep Yellow Limited ( Deep Yellow or Company ) advises that Mr Steven Michael who was appointed following the Vimy Resources Limited merger retired at the Annual General Meeting held on 25 November 2022 (in accordance with the Constitution). He did not seek re-election.

Mr Michael will be available to consult to the Company in the New Year. We attach Appendix 3Z for Mr Michael.
