Deep Yellow is pleased to advise that following the placement of the shortfall in the Entitlement Issue to Paladin Resources Limited, announced earlier today, 31,673,949 ordinary fully paid shares in the Company at 50 cents each will be downloaded into the issuer sponsored sub-register today.

After this issue the Company will have a total of 1,108,726,958 ordinary fully paid shares on issue.
