NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT OFFER TO RAISE $15M
OFFER DOCUMENTS DESPATCHED
Deep Yellow Limited (‘ Deep Yellow’ or the ‘Company’) (ASX: DYL ) advises that in accordance with the estimated timetable for the Company’s recently announced non-renounceable entitlement offer (the Offer ), it has today despatched the Prospectus and Entitlement and Acceptance Form to all Eligible Shareholders.
As a reminder the following table sets out the key dates for the Offer.
