ENTITLEMENT OFFER SHORTFALL PLACEMENT

Deep Yellow Ltd (the Company ) (ASX: DYL) advises that, following the allotment of initial subscriptions in respect of its $15.1 million non-renounceable entitlement issue to shareholders, it has instructed its registry to allot and issue a further 8,872,016 ordinary fully paid shares ( Shares ) and 10,872,016 Options. The Shares and Options were downloaded into the Company’s register today, Tuesday 6 June 2017

Following this issue the Company has a total of 157,991,901 Shares, 30,414,142 Options and 709,250 performance rights on issue.

This placement represents a partial allocation of the Entitlement Issue Shortfall to clients of CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd (CPS). As previously noted the Company continues to work with Sprott Private Wealth LP (SPW) who had agreed to assist in placing the balance of the shortfall.

The Company will advise the market as the balance of the shortfall monies are received and securities allotted.

An Appendix 3b is attached for immediate release.

Quotation agreement
