DIRECTOR RESIGNATION – WAYNE BRAMWELL

Deep Yellow Limited ( Deep Yellow ) wishes to advise that Mr Wayne Bramwell has today resigned as a director of Deep Yellow due to his increasing executive responsibilities.

The Board appreciates Mr Bramwell’s contribution during the integration of Vimy Resources Limited and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
