DIRECTOR RESIGNATION - MERVYN GREENE
Deep Yellow Limited (ASX:DYL) advises that Mr M Greene has informed the Company that he will resign as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 23 November 2023.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Mr Greene’s long service to the Company over the last 17 years, including a six-year period serving as Chairman.
The Board wishes him success in his future endeavours.
