Board Nominee for New Substantial Holder
Deep Yellow Limited (‘Deep Yellow’ or the ‘Company’) (ASX:DYL) refers to the recently announced changes to its substantial holders.
The Board is very pleased with the support received from shareholders and particularly the arrival on its register of a sophisticated private investor.
In addition and in accordance with good governance it advises that existing Non-Executive Director Mr Mervyn Greene has agreed to take on a board nominee role for the new substantial holder.
