APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHAIR

Deep Yellow Limited (ASX Code: DYL ) today advises that the Board has resolved to appoint Mr Rudolf Brunovs as interim Chairman.

Mr Brunovs has been an independent non-executive Director of DYL since August 2007. He is a former Partner of Ernst & Young, an international accounting firm. He practiced in a number of offices in Australia and overseas and for a period of 12 years he held the position of Managing Partner of the Parramatta NSW and subsequently the Perth office of the firm.

He was a member of the Minerals and Energy Industry Group with Ernst & Young.

On 19 October, the company advised that Mr Tim Netscher will step out of the Chairman role and off the DYL Board following an increase in his work load. Mr Netscher has been on the Board of Deep Yellow since January 2013 and has been Chairman since 1 September 2013. The Company wishes Tim all the best for his future endeavours.

Mr Netscher has notified the Company that he will resign effective 31 December 2015.
