Resignation of Non-Executive Director
The Board of Deep Yellow Limited (DYL) advise that Non-Executive Director Mr. Tony McDonald will be resigning from the Board of Directors effective 31 December, 2010 due to increasing demands from his other business activities.
Mr. McDonald was recently appointed Managing Director of Kings Minerals NL.
DYL Chairman, Mr. Mervyn Greene, noted that “Tony has played a very important role in setting the strategic direction of the Company over the past three years and his input, effort and counsel have been very much appreciated by all members of the Board.”
