Date of Annual General Meeting
Deep Yellow Limited ( Deep Yellow or Company ) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is proposed to be held on Friday, 15 November 2024. Further information on the Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Annual General Meeting which will be released to ASX on or before Monday, 14 October 2024.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 the closing date for Director nominations is Friday, 27 September 2024.
