DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Deep Yellow Limited (ASX:DYL) (“Deep Yellow”) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is proposed to be held on 24 November 2023. Deep Yellow anticipates providing a Notice of Meeting in mid-October 2023.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 the closing date for Director nominations is 6 October 2023.
