Deep Value Driller AS – New share capital registered

21 March 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by Deep Value Driller AS ("DVD") on 7 and 14 March 2025, regarding the exercises of in aggregate 4,828,333 warrants, each giving the right to one share in DVD, by Einar J. Greve (chair of the board), Gunnar Hvammen (board member), and Svend Anton Maier (CEO) (together, the "Warrant Exercises"). Pursuant to the Warrant Exercises, DVD's share capital increased by NOK 482,833.30 through the issuance of 4,828,333 new shares.

The share capital increases pertaining to the Warrant Exercises have today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

– Share capital (new): NOK 9,152,500

– Total number of shares (new): 91,525,000

– Nominal value of each share: NOK 0.10
