19 September 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Deep Value Driller AS (the "Company") on 9 September 2022, regarding the exercise of warrants by former board member Espen Westeren.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 396,677 new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret):

Share capital: NOK 8,669,666.70

Total number of shares: 86,696,667

Par value of each share: NOK 0.10
