Deep Value Driller AS – Q4 2023 results

Please find attached the financial statements for Deep Value Driller AS ("DVD") for the fourth quarter of 2023. The financial statements are also available on www.deepvaluedriller.no.

DVD plans to distribute excess cash to its shareholders and is currently evaluating the form of distribution, timing, and the size of a regular distribution. The company plans to announce its distribution plan latest in connection with the announcement of the Q1 2024 report.
