Deep Value Driller AS – Drop-down of mobile offshore drilling rig to Deep Value Driller Ltd.

Reference is made to the information document published by Deep Value Driller AS (the "Company") on 4 May 2021. As discussed in section 4 of the information document, the Company has been in the process of establishing two wholly-owned Malta subsidiaries, including Deep Value Driller Ltd. that is intended to own the 7th generation mobile offshore drilling rig "Deep Value Driller" (the "Rig").

The Company is pleased to announce that the agreement for the sale of the Rig has been signed and that the Rig has been delivered to Deep Value Driller Ltd.

The Rig (earlier named Bolette Dolphin) was acquired by the Company from Bolette Fleetco Ltd. for a purchase price of USD 65 million in March 2021. For further details, see the Company's announcement of 24 March 2021 available on www.deepvaluedriller.no.
